International Shipping

Delivery Claims
Keiko Club assumes no responsibility for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Should your shipment become lost/stolen after being delivered, please contact the carrier. It is the responsibility of the customer to report any lost/stolen packages after the carrier has marked the package as delivered. If your package is marked as returned to sender or not delivered, please contact us at info@keikoclub.com for additional information.
