Processing times

Once successfully processed, it may take 3-5 business days to process your order. Once shipped, tracking information will be sent via email. 

U.S. Shipping

Shipping may take up to 7 business days depending on your location. 

International Shipping

International shipping may take up anywhere from 2-21 days depending on the shipping speed of your selected service. Any potential international taxes, duties, or customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not encompassed within the order or shipping expenses. The extent of taxes and customs charges varies depending on the destination country and state. We recommend reaching out to your local customs office for guidance if you require clarification regarding the relevant taxes and customs fees applicable to your situation.

Delivery Claims

Keiko Club assumes no responsibility for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Should your shipment become lost/stolen after being delivered, please contact the carrier. It is the responsibility of the customer to report any lost/stolen packages after the carrier has marked the package as delivered. If your package is marked as returned to sender or not delivered, please contact us at info@keikoclub.com for additional information.
